I was channeled ‘Human existence is the fortitude of life.’ I had no clue what that meant, so had to Google fortitude, sorry didn’t know what that word meant.
The meaning building resilience through facing struggles, challenges and fears. So what that means is we are here on Earth to face these things for our souls growth. We are here to learn. As someone mentioned Earth school, that is what it is. In times of difficulties try to remember what can be learned by it and how one can build from it.
I wanted to write about this message, because I really liked it. I felt it was powerful, and needed to be spread to others. I felt it could be helpful.
Psychology of Mindfulness 
I hear the use of the word fortitude most, when someone is bereaved. I hardly check the meaning. Now I know.
All us need to possess fortitude. Life is constantly full of challenges. Some are surmountable, others are not.
