Mindful Thought

Some times it just takes a couple of minutes to step back and breathe. Slow down, calm down, and live more mindfully. Self compassion and compassion for others can bring much more peace to your life.

It can allow us to see a different perspective on things. We can be busy, distracted, anxious, angry etc, but there is always mindfulness practice to center us back to peace and calm internally. We may abandon it from time to time, but it is a useful tool when you are willing to put in the time and be patient.
