It has a way of keeping us busy. It keeps us from doing things we want to do. It keeps us from living in the moment. It doesn’t allow us to experience life.Try to use your phone sparingly. Spend your time living your life.
Digital devices allow us to connect with others. It makes things more accessible, and convenient. These are all wonderful things. But it can also trap us from being mindful.
How many times do you think you check your phone? Are you on it throughout the day? When your feeling bored? Is it something that you are completely connected to? These are good questions to think about, because it will make you aware of how much time the digital world consumes your life.
Sometimes we don’t know how much focus, and attention we put onto digital devices. That it takes us away from living in the moment. It doesn’t allow for us to Cherish the wonders of the world around us.
We don’t realize how much it steals our experiences, and moments in life. Try to take some time away from it. Learn to enjoy life right in front of you. Yo can gain much insight, and knowledge by just doing this.
